Omega Pizza

Just found out about this place. Subs have good amount of meat. Pizza are good. Place is very clean.

The staff is friendly and since I work at Salem State always know exactly where to deliver the pizza. My students love them.

They messed up my delivery order. When I asked for a refund, they asked that I return the food. The delivery guy returned to my house and picked up the food… what restaurant does that? The food is decent, but the service is horrible.

Hands down best pizza and subs around. Can’t beat their large servings for the price.

The crust was good–
A small calzone will double as two meals…

The ingredients were fresh and the fries were pretty good. But the pizza crust was burnt while the bottom of pizza was soggy and fell apart. The sauce and cheese were mediocre and there wasn’t enough of either. We tried the Mexican pizza and the farmers on different nights and neither were worth ordering again.

Best Buffalo Chicken calzone or chicken period in the North Shore. Never a bad bite and always white, juicy and consistent. Great family that runs it. You will not be disappointed.

I’m so glad the old owners opened Omega back up. They’re incredibly friendly and make you feel like your at home when you dine in. The roast beef is tender, fresh and piled high and they’re chicken is always moist and delicious whether it’s in a chicken Caesar wrap or a buffalo chicken sandwich. A personal favorite of mine is the pastrami wrap or the savory Farmer John’s Burger.
If you’re more into pizza and calzones than wraps or subs then Omega will make you happy too. Their pan pizza has an incredibly crisp crust and their calzones are always stuffed with a ton of filling and cooked to perfection. I’ve had a lot of pizza from a lot of different places in the north shore and it’s hard to think of another restaurant with pizza at such a high quality.

Love this place! I used to get Omega Pizza on Western Ave in Lynn when I was a kid. I loved their sausage pizza. The sausage was round slices, not crumbles, and would get nice and crispy and greasy. Not sure if the owners are the same family, but this place has the same sausage pizza I used to get in Lynn as a kid. Their chicken finger subs are amazing. They use fresh braided sub rolls and the chicken is high quality. Lastly, they have real, thick onion rings! These aren’t the limp, soggy ones you get at seafood places. I really can’t say enough good things about Omega. I’m a new, loyal customer!

Decided to give this place a shot, they quoted a 30 – 40 min wait on a large cheese pizza (Friday night) but to my surprise it came in 25 min. The pizza was hot and quite tasty… Not the best ever but definitely a top contender for Salem pizza. I would order again.

My husband loves the Greek supreme pizza.
Apparently we try to order every Sunday. My husband said «I just tried to order a pizza and the last two times I’ve called I’ve gotten no answer. I think they closed or are out of business.» I just checked on here ( Unilocal) to see if any other customers have have a phone issue, nope. They’re just closed on Sundays.

Everything’s good here. The Souvlaki is great. I recently got the Super Chicken sandwich, and some mozzarella sticks, both were great.

Are you guys kidding me? Seriously, I take Unilocal reviews very seriously, and I was actually appalled with what I received last week from Omega pizza. My boyfriend and I decided to stray from our usual Cabot Pizza and try Omega because of all the great reviews and we were utterly disappointed. The delivery arrived right around the quoted time (45ish minutes). YAY! However, when we opened the pizza, ALLLL of the toppings were smushed along one side of the box. I know that was a joke. Our driver delivered us said untopped pizza and took payment and a tip! Thanks delivery man! I can’t wait to eat my pile of cheese with a side of soggy crust. Literally, that is what we ate. Oh and I can’t forget, we ordered the buffalo chicken pizza because of all the great reviews. RED SAUCE?! Who puts red sauce on a buff chix pizza?! Apparently people like it, I am not one of them. It is blasphemy. The buffalo chicken pizza at Cabot is literally 294x better. They will forever get my business. Not only is their pizza top notch, but their pizza always arrives with the toppings still on! I’m really sorry that we had this experience because I really dislike giving bad reviews, but c’mon man!

This is one of our regulars. It’s awesome how huge the «small» calzones are. Buffalo chicken calzone with extra blue cheese every time.
The house dressing is so awesome. I get it with any calzone that isn’t buffalo chicken. The only downside to omega is it’s usually super annoying when ordering over the phone. The people always sound distracted and it takes up to 10 minutes sometimes (when ordering for just 2). Otherwise, great place.

Awesome pizza. Buffalo Chicken pizza doesn’t seem like something that can be topped, but Omega’s New York pizza definitely makes me never want to eat a traditional Buffalo Chicken pizza again.
Their delivery is pretty quick and their prices are as good as anywhere else in Salem.

I have only been to Omega Pizza a handful of times. The last time I went the meat in the cheese steak was overcooked, but their pizza is always crispy. The kids are not big fans of their chicken fingers, but the staff is very friendly and their service is fast.

Hands down the best pizza in Salem.
I love how crispy and buttery their crust is. They serve greek style pizzas. They are beyond delicious. A personal favorite of mine is their eggplant pizza. It’s a nice change from just plain old cheese. Another plus from Omega is their buffalo chicken. If you like spicy buffalo they have it. They’ve nailed it perfectly.
They are incredibly quick when it comes to delivery. A definite plus on nights when my family is getting in later and are cranky and hungry

This is a plus and minus kind of review. Generally my kids prefer chicken wings to pizza so we usually order from pizza places that offer chicken wings, or in a pinch, chicken fingers as a side. Omega offered both and a friend suggested we try it.
Let me start with the plus side of Omega. The service was very fast. We ordered delivery and the food arrived quickly and still hot. The woman who took my order and the man who delivered it were very nice. The pizza is also a plus for Omega. I am not a big fan of Greek style pizza but I liked this pizza. It is one of the best I have tried.
Now for the minuses. The chicken wings were terrible. Usually when you order chicken wings from a pizza place they are breaded wings. These wings were very similar to what you might get for Chinese take-​out. They had no breading and in place of a soy and garlic flavor they tasted like salt, lots and lots of salt. They also had a lot of broken bones, very strange. None of us could eat them, even the kids. The other problem was the fries. They are the battered style which none of us like. I know some people like them but many do not and this was not indicated on the menu.
It is too bad the food was not better since the service and delivery time was so good.

I want to give 4 stars, but my most recent trip to Omega was a little disappointing. I ordered a steak and cheese sub and it did not meet my expectations of Omega. I think they overcooked the meat, so probably just an off night.
All my other experiences with them have been great, so I hope to update my review next time! I’m a fan of their subs (chicken salad and eggplant parm are my favorites) but the pizza is good too. Greek style, with thick, buttery crust. Reasonably priced and friendly, quick service.

Seriously, best pizza delivery in Salem. I lived in Salem for about two years and commuted also so I have been in the area a lot. It’s so close to campus and this was THE go to place for delivery. They have it all.
The staff is excellent and delivery is fast. Soooo good!!!
