Bought our second mattress from Mattress World on Lancaster and we couldn’t be happier with the service we receive from Jimmy Nguyen, the regional manager. He was professional, curtious and listened to our questions and concerns. We will definitely buy another mattress from them in the future. They also have a large selection of mattresses to look at and test. I highly recommend this store! Jeff & Nichole

We purchased a mattress from mattress world NW approx 1 month ago and the experience was good. I was a little worried seeing its past reviews but so far we are very pleased with our mattress and the service we recieved was great. The person helping us was super knowledgable and helps us pick the right mattress. I think the only con for me was the pressure to buy now but I understand with this economy people are gonna work a little harder to get you to buy. Overall I’m very pleased with MWNW.
