Ordered a birthday cake and when I went to pick it up they had made the wrong cake. I wanted the cake that I ordered and payed for but the owner was extremely rude to me and disrespected me because she did not want to accept her mistake. She wanted to make me pay more money for what I wanted even though originally they charged me a different price, but I just asked for my money back and she even was giving me a hard time about giving me back my money. She was so disrespectful and made me cry in front of everyone, she called me a liar and other things just because she couldn’t accept her mistake.
Anyways… Never ever going back to that place. Horrible customer service from their owner!

Love going here for pan & mil hojas. Always clean and fresh bread. Great prices too. This is my mother’s favorite spot for fresh bread. Always get our cakes here.
