My kids adore Fruit Box! We got the Bionico fruit bowl with chamoy, large shrimp ceviche in a cup with crunchy tostadas, and strawberry mango smoothies. There is a small condiment station with hot sauce, chamoy, and other goodies that you can season your dishes with. They also have a chilled foods station and Mexican candy stand which will have your kids begging and pleading while you try to complete your ever growing order. I recommend you sit down and enjoy your fruit bowl right there in their store so you can be close to the condiments!

Very good place to go from some juice. I was on a juice cleanse at the time and was hoping for some fresh juice and I didn’t want just Jamba Juice. Do something different ya know? I had the Vampiro, very delicious. Looks like they do other things as well, fruit salads, fresh sandwiches, smoothies. Both girls didn’t speak English, but I liked that, I’m a bit bilingual. Cool place.

We were looking for something cold and refreshing after the stretch of hot weather we’ve been having here in the Willamette Valley. My partner and I decided to make the drive out to Fruitbox and we were not disappointed! I ordered a Diablito, an ice-y drink with your choice of fresh fruit(I had mango) and covered with chamoy and tajin, both spicy, tart condiments. Added a long side all of this was a tamarind candy straw that was also covered in more spicy, tart powder. My partner ordered an Angelito, an ice-y drink with your choice of fresh fruit(he had strawberry) and covered in sweetened condensed milk and coconut. His drink was the polar opposite of mine: sweet and fruity. Both drinks were refreshing and the service was quick and friendly within the restaurant. It almost seems as though the establishment is too large, but perhaps on the weekends it gets busier and can fill up. The menu has something for everyone, whether health-conscious or not. From fresh squeezed fruit juices to milkshakes, smoothies and everything in between, give Fruitbox a try!

This place definitely caters to the Hispanic crowd in Salem. Most all the signs were in Spanish first then English and some only in Spanish. However it’s very bright and cheerful in the resteraunt and the atmosphere was pleasant. The lady at the counter was nice. My sister got a Peach Smoothie which she said was fine and similar to what you would find at a Jamba Juice. I decided to try a sandwich called a Torta. I got the chicken breast Torta. It was ok, nothing spectacular. The bread was good and soft though. Everything else on the sandwich was a bit lite on the toppings side. Overall it was just average.

I was driving through Salem and was craving fresh juice. Found this place so close off the freeway. I loved this place because they offered a variety of fresh fruit, smoothies, fresh juice, sandwiches, and even desserts. Everything was displayed in English and Spanish and fhe décor is bright and colorful. I ordered the Vampiro which looked like blood but was made from beets, celery, oranges, and carrots. Wow! Delicious! I also ordered the Pico de Gallo, which was chunky fruit and vegetable salad served with chili powder and hot sauce(if you dare!) Delicious and healthy with a spicy kick. All and all, I will be stopping in again next time I go through Salem.
