Not ideal for college students or young individuals who are living alone.
I lived here for a few years– as a college student and post college. The price of living here is far too expensive– as the appliances are all very outdated and often need repairing. The management are very kind folks, yet they are rarely ever in the office (site manager is often out to lunch, «unavailable,» etc.
My other huge concern is that many of the tenants are very «sketchy.» Sorry, its the only way to explain it! I’ve had issues with tenants who play music far too loudly or get into drunken arguments until the early hours in the morning.
Willamette students, I suggest you live in the Kaneko Commons or find another apartment complex. Grad students or young couples, you can find somewhere much better– with neighbors who are much more considerate :)
