Went into the store as we were leaving the mall because a pair of Nike sandals (flip-​flops) in the display window caught my daughters eye. She’s expecting, and had been looking for something with extra support. We were obviously annoying the saleswoman by coming in so late, because she said «you know we are closing in 3 minutes don’t you?» it was more like 6 minutes to closing time, but whatever, it was obvious that she had no interest in waiting on us if it meant she might have to stay a couple minutes late. My daughter bought the sandals to in another store today. With service like that, I expect they will close due to lack of business, and she’ll be laid off, and wonder why…

Walked in to buy a pair of nikes in the window. I’m pregnant and they looked comfy. Was in the store less then one minute what my mom pointed out the sales associate, a large bleach blonde woman, was repeatedly commenting that the store was closing in 3 minutes when I looked up she was glaring at me. I literally had the shoes in my hand and she was apparently angry we were trying to buy something. So we left she was sweet enough to yell «have a good day ladies» as we left. I’m going to go buy the shoes at your competetor and never shop at this store location again.

Worst over the phone service ever, and by the store manager no less.
Simply asked if they would allow a size exchange of a never been worn pair of toddler shoes (needed a much smaller size) when the receipt was 2 days past it’s 30-​day return policy. Manager said over and over «I’d have to have the shoes in my hand to give that information out. It’s our policy to not say anything over the phone.» I live 30 minutes away. Raul was simply not interested in helping us over the phone.
Don’t buy there!

Famous Footwear is famous for only have small sized shoes. It seems like all the styles STOP at 9 for women and 10 for guys. And it doesn’t seem like they have that low of prices either.
