I am a self-​admitted Dutch Mafia member. The employees are almost better than the caffeine itself. You can’t knock the coffee, but the employees are always friendly and upbeat– and it makes my morning! I personally go for the Rebel, I love flavored energy drinks and mix up the flavor every day. Watermelon blackberry? What about lime pomegranate? They also make specialty flavors like the raspberry tootsie pop. The flavor is spot on! This is the only place I can go to by coffee for my staff, everyone has a favorite and no one feels left out. Give Dutch Bros a chance, you won’t be disappointed!

Disgusting! The coffee tastes like chalk! Why would anyone go here? We have plenty of locally owned coffee shops all around town. There is a local place with great coffee and sandwiches right across the street. It even has a drive thru and happy hour ($ 2 drinks) during the week. It’s right across the street and it’s called Break Point. Why not just go there and get yourself some REAL coffee? I’ll never understand the whole Dutch Bros thing…

I love the people here, always so friendly. White annihilator extra sweet, usually hot but its been hot out so I have switched to iced and in my flask.

I used to come here all the time when I was in Oregon, but even though I do love the coffee, I have to give it 3 stars because there’s just too much chit-​chatting than there is coffee making… and well. when you have a line of cars and you spent 20 minutes chit chatting with the first car… it’s just too long of a wait, and the worst part is, you can’t get out because there’s cars in front of you and behind you.

Running through this small town, and was sleepy. We went to this ditch brothers told her we are traveling back to california, and she not only wished us happy travels but also gave us free coffee. She was so nice. She had a red flannel on and was so so friendly. Dark hair. She was amazing.

Dutch is my favorite place ever I love the smoothies strawberry is my favorite and rebels are amazing as well also always has amazing barista service they are so nice :)

Went and found a fly in my drink after getting home… I drove 15 minutes back to this Dutch and they played if off like it was no big deal, making jokes about it being more protein and how they «hate it when that happens». All they did was re-​make my drink. So I drove 30 minutes extra just to get the drink I should have gotten in the first place. Needless to say this was my worst Dutch Bros experience I have ever had. I left the store the second time even more mad because of the lack of customer service I experienced.

The irony is this is place has coffee in the name, and they do not serve coffee. Only espresso. Very dark, bitter espresso. I honestly do not know what is worse, this or Starbucks espresso. Both are just so disgusting and bitter. Aside from hiring eye candy, I do not know why people go here.

Quick service, friendly baristas, fairly tasty coffee, reasonably priced.
This location is prime for when I’m heading up to portland, or out to I-​5. Quick in & out. Dutch bro’s has done an awesome job marketing and branding their image, and they’ve created a massive loyal following.

I love this place more than any other for coffee or other drinks. price, selection, and especially the young men/​women that work their. always so cheerful and outgoing! Like more than any other barista I have EVER been too! After going to Starbucks a couple times and those bitches being rude because I have no knowledge of wtf is on the menu like as if I am supposed to! DB always are fast to help and suggest things! You also get free drink on your Bday, I do every year and for your first time going their! Sometimes depending on the person they giver you the biggest cup size they have (big gulp) instead of the usual Med. I think it is!

First time to a Dutch Brothers Coffee. So. Cal visitors. Great customer service from Hannah. Very sweet with a great smile. What a pleasant surprise drinks were a treat from Hannah. The Dutch Freeze and Dutch Frost were perfect and delicious. Will be back and highly recommend.

As good as their coffee is, as great as a selection as they have and as quick as their service is, the employees still surpass expectations.

I’d give them five stars save for one thing I’ll save till the end — but it’s important, so please read, Dutch Bros mgmt!
The coffee is fantastic; the staff is always super-​charged & fun. I love the stickers (but you need more of them, in more varieties, *all month*). I assiduously collect my stamp cards & use them.
SALEM NEEDS A 24-​HR DUTCH BROS. We do. Smaller communities like Roseburg have them. We need one. Badly.

First timer to Dutch Bros. I’m from So Cal so I’m used to Starbucks. I’m hard to please. I ordered a blended Cocomo. I had it sugar-​free, non-​fat and lactose free. It was DELICIOUS! The guy at the window was «earthy» and just so adorable and friendly. I highly recommend this alternative to any coffee hut. I’ve been looking for another store since we hit the first one. No complaints whatsoever. Can’t wait to have another Cocomo.

A nice little place with good coffee and very friendly servers. I love their blended mochas and always order them whenever I come here.

Too cool for school. The people are awesome. Assistant manager is a babe. Great for any non-​coffee lover as well. Definitely a frequent stop in my daily routine.
