Diamante’s Pizzeria

On my way back from Salem, I stopped at Diamanté’s Pizzeria in the Castleridge Plaza (Supercuts) with the sloped parking lot to grab some lunch recently.
Diamanté’s Pizzeria offers pizza, salads, pasta, subs, dinner plates (chicken, steak tips), appetizers, wings, and Pepsi products. The prices are reasonable with most menu items under $ 10 and large pizzas under $ 19. I noticed they had a special for 2 slices of cheese pizza and a 20oz Pepsi drink for only 4 bucks. They told me they ran out of slices, so they had to bake another pizza. I waited 15 minutes while I read the newspaper. The large slices were very hot out of the oven fresh, tasty sauce and cheese, but the crust was very firm and on the chewy side. That should tide me over for a while!
