As a native New Yorker and Texas resident, I’ve been privileged to enjoy some of the finest goods and services in the Country. Cosmos Studio is a national-​class, full-​service salon right here in Salem. And Suzie is a first-​class cosmetologist. So call for an appointment with confidence.

My review is based on the service I received on the phone. I called wondering how much a BASIC manicure was, and the lady who seemed in a rush said let me check, then quickly said «oh 35 dollars». 35 for a BASIC manicure which I could do myself for free. Either way the quality of her customer service and the price makes me not even dare going here. There’s better places who actually have time to answer a simple question. :)

Purchased a Groupon Facial Special with Allison for my daughter. She was so excited. Had a litte trouble getting our schedules lined up to book it. My daughter loved the facial and can’t wait to go back. I loved that Allison took the time to see what type of skin she had (teen oily skin) and did a customized facial to help with that. I would highly recommend.
The salon is cute and during the wait while my daughters appointment was happening I was able to browse the cute selection of jewelry, candles and gifts.

I just had a facial with Alison Mora and it was pure bliss.
I walked out on a cloud after an hour (not enough time!) of her soothing, delicate touch. Not only was I completely released of all stress but my skin is healthy and glowing. She is magical and truly cares about what she does. After just fifteen minutes of my session I decided to commit to seeing her once a month.
You deserve this. Book a facial.

Best nail tech in Salem is at this salon. My mom, sister and I have all been going to Shannon Winnen for over 5 years and have no complaints, she is amazing. She is always on time, very sweet and passionate about what she does. If your looking for a mini get away this is a great place to go. The salon is quiet and inviting and there’s good parking! Which can be difficult to find in Salem.
