I find this particular Cartridge World to have the best customer service. The guys are great– very knowledgeable, honest, and patient. They’ve gone out of their way to assist me with incidents due to my printer. They will weight the cartridge in the event you may not need a new one– saving me money. There is always a coupon/​and punch card that helps too.

Not as cheap as I can get online, but this is the cheapest I can find when I’m in a bind and don’t want to wait on shipping. With a coupon they aren’t too bad in price. The quality of the ink and cartridge is top-​notch and you don’t need your old/​used cartridge.

I usually frequent the Cartridge World in Plaistow but recently came here for two reasons. First was definitely the Unilocal deal. Every little bit helps. Secondly I was a little upset at the other store so was reluctant to go back there.
The counter guy was very nice, he even gave me the price as marked even though the item had gone up. Saved me $ 5 and nice of him to honor it as ticketed.
