I went to Bronze Planet a few days ago to get my teeth whitened, because I am going out of town in a week to see a friend graduate from basic training. I used a coupon that I had received from a bridal show when I was engaged. I did the bleach bright treatment there, when I was done my lips felt a bit funny. By the time I had got home, my lips had become swollen. I called Bronze Planet immediately to let them know what had happened, the associate that answered the phone told me to email the owner. I did, I explained to them what happened and they told me to contact Bleach Bright, Bleach Bright explained to me that they couldn’t give me my money back and that Bronze Planet would be responsible for the refund. They refused to give me my money back.

I’ve been tanning here for about 3 years… I love bronze planet! I’ve tanned at several salons and this one is my absolute favorite! They have really great beds, everything is super clean and the girls that work there are all super nice and know you by name. They’re friendly and not snooty like some of the other local tanning places. I love the little deals you get when you’re signed up for easy pay… for example, this month I get free upgrades every Monday, sometimes it’s half off spray tans, etc. I love tanning here. worth every penny!

Bronze planet is the cleanest tanning salon I have ever been in. The staff is friendly and attentive, ive been in a few times while the owners are there when its busy and they are busting their butt just as much as the employee, that says alot I think. I used the teeth whitening and im not sure it was totally worth the money, however It may just be because I expected instant white teeth. Anyways, bronze planet is the only tanning salon in salem I will use.

Came in with a promotional email for a tan. The girl at the front desk was friendly. Seemed like she was getting trained but was very helpful and nice. The owner (possibly?) was there and explained the difference between the two beds I was looking at– I love when people are knowledgable! I got to spin the wheel and got ½ off an upgrade which I chose to use for the high pressure bed. I was given a run down of the room and how to operate the bed. Everything was clean and my experience was great. Will definitely consider getting a package here.

Bronze planet is an absolute joke DON’T EVER GO THERE. I just paid good $ to go into a high level bed, that a large piece fell off mid-​tan. It was terrifying and a bulb was exposed! The owner refused to take responsibility for the problem and ignoring the routine maintenance and mocked me when I talked to him about it.
