bought a used car and within 3 months transmission went, needed an entire new transmission, A1 auto stated they would «take care of it» charged me $ 2500 for a rebuilt transmission which weeks later had more problems, brought it BACK to be fixed, while in the shop being fixed for the transmission, they backed my car into «another transmission» resulting in a huge dent in the back of my car, after arguing with them back and forth, they finally agreed to provide me a rental car for the 3wks it took to fix, which would need to be jump started EVERY single time it needed to start.
THIS PLACE WAS TERRIBLE!
