The customer service and support that the owner and employees showed us not once but now on four different occasions; has been incredible — second to none. And not to forget, the speed at which they resolve issues and get you your phone back … Only place to go for phone repair!!!

Have you seen the lobby? They have the coolest lights! most other cell stores look (and smell) like a pile of melted plastic, but not 3G mobile, when you walk in, you have the feeling that they know what they are doing… because they do.
My Samsung galaxy s4 wasn’t turning on one morning, I have no insurance on my phone so I was sure I was going to take out a mortgage to get a new one. I spoke with Ronny and he told me that insurance would cost more to fix my phone then necessary. it turns out that my power key was busted, i did some research and found that this is a common problem, and an impossible repair for someone like me… but 2 hours after dropping it off, my wife gets a call from 3G mobile: «Your phone is done and ready to go». Don’t get me wrong, they didn’t do it for free, it set me back $ 55, but having access to all my contacts, photos, videos, and email, and notes and all the other things is priceless. I found out that insurance would have sent me a referbished phone, I would have had to pay 3 times as much and I would have lost everything.
I am unbelievably grateful for the professionalism that I found at 3G mobile. such a valuable resource, so close to home.

Had a cracked screen on an Ipad 4. Took it to these guys and they were great! Service was quick, price was very reasonable, and they even followed up to make sure I was satisfied. Will definitely take broken electronics to them in the future!

If you have a problem with an Android phone or tablet, help is often hard to find. Start with 3G Mobile, and you won’t be saying that anymore. Their work is accurate and inexpensive. You may have to wait a day for the repair, because word has gotten out about them, but they are up front about wait time and costs. They solved a software problem by chatting with me until I got a clue, and were glad to have helped, for free. When I took a hardware problem to them, caused by a poorly manufactured phablet and my own mistake, they fixed it on time at about a third the cost I expected. They also repair desktop and laptop systems. If you need a part or accessory at a good price, you’ll find it there. They are friendly, and their techs know their stuff.

My family is rough on our phones. First visit with 3G was on a new water damaged iPhone. We had taken it to a few other places that said the phone was beyond repair. It was about 3 weeks after the incident when we found 3G. I took the phone in. It cost $ 50 to fix & $ 15 for a back case that broke during the disassemble process. The phone cost $ 500 so I believe the total to fix was nominal for the service.
Second visit was for a shattered screen on an android cell. The phone retails now for $ 260. So they charged half to fix, $ 130. Since we were repeat customers we received a $ 15 discount bringing our repair total to $ 115. The phone was completely fixed in 3 days!
Both my experiences with this business have been positive. Their prices are more then fair, turn around time is relatively quick, friendly service & more importantly they get the job done.
I highly recommend this place!

Just had my iPhone 6 screen replaced today at 3G Mobile. I had called in before hand to see if they could service a cracked screen and luckily they had some left replacements in stock. They informed me of the prices and service time. Dropped my phone off and they were able to start on it right away. Chris was very polite throughout the whole process and I am one very satisfied customer. Highly recommend it to others who are in need some repairs.

My replacement tmobile iPhone decided to stop charging. I was about to throw it against the wall when I decided to give this shop a chance and I couldn’t have made a better decision. The turnaround time for shipping was literally one day and since then my (bootlegged T-​Mobile phone is working just as new) thank you Chris! They replaced the charging port and bam no more dead iPhone. You guys are awesome keep up the amazing work.

Praise be to the mobile phone gods! My iPhone 6 was barely a month old before it spent the night outside in the rain. I left it in rice for 2.5 days and drove all the way up from Corvallis to bring my phone here. I brought it in on a Saturday and they said they said they would call me on Monday with results. When I heard from them they said there was still a fair amount of oxidation so they needed to clean it again. On Tuesday, they called and said it was up and running and fully functional. These guys are great! If I ever have issues with my phone again I will for sure be taking it here.

Finding a place to fix an iPod screen was harder than I thought it would be. I finally found this place after searching online forever and called them up. They quoted my $ 60 or so and I thought that was reasonable. It was ready within a week. Perfectly fine service.

My HTC one x burned out its lcd back light so I brought it to these guys for a fix. They were very polite and mater of fact. They told me right up front that they couldn’t just replace the back light, but had to replace the lcd and digitizer (touch screen) due to the parts all coming as one unit. They told me the price and stuck to it. They weren’t able to finish within store hours so the owner (Domingo) finished it himself and brought it to my house after hours. After receiving my phone I found that the digitizer was not working properly. They give a 60 day guaranty on their work (with the receipt in hand of course) so I brought it back the next day. I needed my phone for business (it still partially worked) so they made an appointment for me to bring it in later that day so that I’d only be without for 3 hours. Once again Domingo brought me my phone on his own time and still I found my pull down notification bar not working. I was starting to get frustrated and took it back again. When I did they were very nice and said that they would work on it all day. Domingo even offered to pick it up at my home to get it early to work on it all day! So by 6 PM they said they got it right and had been testing it for over an hour with no issues. I’ve had back for a day now and so far everything works better than ever. It may have taken a few tries, but they never said it could not be done. I’m sure that this became a loss for them, but they never charged another dime. I was worried they had broken my phone, but in the end they made it right. They even gave me a loner phone for the last day so that I could finish my business while they fix mine. I would recommend these guys. Some reviews seems to paint a negative light on 3g mobile, but if you read them you’ll everyone wanted something for nothing or forgot that this is a for profit business. They do not trade straight across for a phone. They got bills to pay too. So to the jerk that wrote those reviews I’ve got a big FU, and to Domingo and his staff I say thank you. You saved my phone (which I do not want to get ride of) and made a believer outta me.

Took my iPhone 4s here again because I replaced the battery with the high mv battery. Apparently the I phone couldn’t handle all the millivolts and didn’t tell me the correct battery percentage. They replaced the battery with an OEM iPhone battery. It works great now and they charged me a great price. I definitely recommend taking your phone here if it needs repair

I took in my tablet after my kids messed with and broke the charging port. They did everything to fix it and they fixed it well. Very friendly and professional service. I recommend it and will be back if anything ever happens to any of our tablets or phones.

It seems I have a habit of getting expensive smart phones wet… and they don’t like that. About a week after getting my new white iphone 4 my lovely child decided it needed a few minutes in her pool.
I called my ATT guy crying and hysterical and Ryan (coolest dude from the commercial store) arranged for the owner of 3G to go and work on it at 7p.m. on a Friday night. He was told the phone has a better success rate with in the first 48 of the water exposure.
Well crap on a cracker it is fixed! I have it back in my possession Monday morning. Price was amazing too. I think the price depends on the damage.
This business deserves 5 stars because of the fact MY phone pulled him away from a plate of dinner at 6 on the weekend evening. That, my Unilocaler’s, is what I consider exemplary customer service.
Moral of the story: get insurance.
