#AllergenInfo — Soy: While they do use olive oil exclusively in their pizza dough, unfortunately, the spray they use on the pans where they roll out the dough contains soy. However, they also serve BBQ here,(this is Texas after all,) and the sauce they use is soy free. The bread they serve has soy, but you can order the BBQ without bread. The brisket was a tiny bit on the dry side, but was a decent rendition, and the Stubb’s BBQ sauce they served it with added a noticeable kick of heat. The owners of this small place were very courteous and eager to help me find safe menu items, and were happy to let me read the ingredient labels of what the use to make their food. In addition to the things listed above, we also found out that the HEB taco shells they use are soy free, so their tacos may also be an option the next time I come through. Is was nice to find another soy-safe dining option along I-35, and I’d be happy to stop here on my future trips between San Antonio and Dallas.
