Slow service. Rude employees at the pharmacy. And when you need an employee to ask a question there’s not one to be found

Okay for a Wal-​mart. Show up later and you can get half-​priced prepared food. Unbelievably they sell food for cheaper than the commissary sometimes (depends on the item). Selection is limited compared to some of the larger ones but if you need something, whatever that might be, and its in the middle of the night (or day) you can probably find it here.
Just be discerning in what you buy– some things are way overpriced– others not so much so. I bought a dining room table made of real wood (not particle board or laminate) for about 200. You can’t beat that. On the flip side its like $ 5+/gal for milk.
Oh and always check online for big ticket items. Often times you can order online for in-​store pick-​up for less than in the in-​store price. Should shopping be this painful? No– but if Wal-​mart closed where would you go (other than post) to shop in Saint Robert?

1. The roasted chickens — 3 stars, pretty good
2. Ranch wings– 3 stars, pretty good, a bit salty
3. Fried chicken– 1 star, can’t eat the stuff – but I hate Chesters too, which is similar
4. Popcorn shrimp– 3 stars if fresh, 1 star if overcooked or been sitting for a while
5. All their deli salads-​2 to 3 stars, better than Price Cutter

Pretty sad to say this is the only thing in town. Staff aren’t friendly. They don’t care as long as they’re getting paid to ring you up and get you out. Floor staff are carelessly horrible. They don’t care if you’re walking down the isle they’ll literally run you out the way. Poor poor poor poor poor management and staff all around. It’s really sad there’s no Target here or any other popular grocery stores around. If there was they’ll for sure lose business.

Poor and redundant selection, which is crazy because the Lebanon and Rolla locations are better stocked and have much better selections, prices are just above average then other walmart locations, by checking with your smart phone you can confirm this as well. Shopping carts are beat to hell and the store is poorly cleaned and stocked. Stocking people seem to want to run you down with their pallet jacks and staff don’t seem to know there department locations or merchandise very well. This place is just sad…

If you can get on post, avoid this place at all cost. The prices are steep and the quality of everything is terrible.
