Just called this company like 20 mins ago to help out my wife with a tire issue and the guy they sent was unprofessional and rude from the get go. When he first called me, I noticed an attitude from his tone of voice but thought that maybe that was just the way he was and/​or talked. 5 minutes later, my wife calls me, infuriated, due to this guy just being unprofessional and getting mad because he thought the vehicle did not have a flat tire just low on air… My wife just promptly asked him to leave and to not do the service. I call him back to confront him and his tone of voice had completely changed and he tried to explain the situation, which was complete BS… I just don’t get why one has to respond rudely to certain type of people so that they can act polite and professional. I decided to call the owner or manager of the business by using the main phone number they had on the website, and to my surprise the guy that we had the bad experience with was actually the owner… I called the insurance company and told them not to send anyone else and submitted a complaint. Didn’t want to leave work, but wife is pissed now.

I’m going to go ahead and guess this other reviewer, Slav S., is a competitor of Jack’s Towing because my experience with them was pleasant given the circumstances. It’s rarely pleasant when you need a tow truck. They were professional and managed to get my vehicle and stuff inside safely to the dealership with no problems. I’m not sure what more you want in a tow company. Maybe a beer when they show up, that would be nice.

be aware, do not use. bunch of criminals, very agressive, very rude, very nasty attitude. very dishonest, liars. very shady business practice. will use anyone else in st robert, mo or rolla, mo but not these guys. warning: insurance company’s or public becare.
