Went there for aerial yoga last Wednesday with a friend. She’s been going there for a while now and invited me to join. First class is not free. I had to pay $ 15, the regular price. The studio is really clean and has hardwood. Lots of natural light. My instructor, Tara, has sprayed our «hammocks» with some lavender before we started. It’s a small place with only 8 spots, so make sure to book online before coming in. I loved the workout that I got. All of my muscles felt very stretched. The next day I was pretty sore, but it was worth it. I will most definitely go back.
