First off, I had a lot of trouble getting an appointment with Dr. Gina Schell – there was always a weeks-​long wait when I called. Then, when I did manage to get in when I had a lung infection, I was ulitmately forced to go to a Walgreen’s Take Care Clinic to get treated with antibiotics after her receptionist falsely accused me of verbally abusing her over the phone (it was a case of mistaken identity – and I had proof on my cell phone that I didn’t even call on the day in question – but they never let me defend myself against the bogus accusations). Dr. Gina Schell refused to treat me even though I clearly needed antiobiotics to treat a fever and lung infection. Then she hid in her office as she instructed her office manager kick me out of the office and tell me she was dropping me as a patient immediately based solely on her receptionist’s false accusations. To say the least, I was stunned. I’ve never experienced such unprofessional, unbecoming behavior from a health care provider in my life. Even after I sent a letter detailing my disgust at her treatment, I didn’t get an apology. So, based on my experience, there’s no way I could recommend Dr. Gina Schell.
