Cece is an amazing and professional stylist! I’ve been through many stylist, but Cece knows how to truly use the texture of my hair to create beautiful color and a beautiful cut. I feel like I have walked out of a posh New York salon when I leave her studio! Hands down best stylist in St. Pete!

Cece is an amazing stylist with a great personality and she is awesome at what she does… She is the only person I trust with my hair! (By the way … I might add my boyfriend is a barber a very good barber and goes to the extreme with bribes to get me to allow him to touch my long dark hair hahaha not in a million) I’m not a person that settles for less !! When I first relocated here to the Tampa/​St Pete area from up north I tried a few different stylist which to me is like playing Russian roulette!!! And I needed to find the best of the best… So when I found Cece I knew I would NOT be cheating on her ever! LoL… She always has my hair on point and I’m always receiving compliments about how rich and pretty the color is and how I manage to keep the length with beautiful layers… and women are always asking about what products I use to keep it so soft silky and shiny.
…Cece is very understanding of your needs and truly cares about your hair concerns and takes the time to figure out your taste and what you like and do not like… In time she’ll know everything she needs to know about your hair!
She’s very creative and always learning new techniques and styles in the industry and trying new products whether it’s a line of new hair products or makeup products she’s always able to give her own personal testimony and will never steer you wrong I promise! She only recommends what she thinks may be necessary for your needs…
The environment of the salon is very cute and very relaxed, really nice and clean… all good vibes ~ everything a girl looks for in a salon… Definately a place where you can enjoy the service and know your in good hands and can trust what’s going on!
Cece has an amazing personality to go with her outstanding talent… Everyone knows your hair stylist can be any of the following at one point or another ~~~ therapist — best friend — motivational speaker — advice giver — problem solver ~~~ you name it they can turn into it and she has a genuine caring personality… She has turned my bad day into a great day on many occasions and I’ve always left my appointments feeling refreshed and beautiful. Cece is a true gem and I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for the best of the best and the total package.

Cece is a gem!!! Salon Sardis is welcoming, calming, & tranquil. Cece takes her time explaining and understanding the desired look every time I go. She’s on top with the newest technology and the has the brightest smile, always! Going to each appointment brings laughing spells that lead to giggling. She’s educated, she’s trustworthy, & has a heart of gold. she’s someone who I’d welcome in my home and life. I’ve had wonderful experiences for over 3 years. Years ago, i had long curly hair and now i am growing from a cropped short style. She’s very knowledgeable with different styles and colors. Cece is more than a stylist. She’s an artist. She also has cred — she works fashion shows in Miami and New York and has spent a lot of time working in cities like Chicago in top salons to refine her skills.
Check out her photos, I’m in one of them with the adorable fall bob. I agree with the other reviewers, the cut and color is so amazing. The style is so easy to do myself at home and that NEVER happens for me. I always look great when I leave the salon, but with this style, I’m able to do my hair on my own and get pretty close to Cece’s work. My hair even looks awesome when I wake up in the morning! Somehow I even manage to get sexy bed head instead of crazy bed head. :)
The salon is conveniently located off 4^th St. in the Salon Lofts space with easy access to parking in the back. Her salon is brightly lit with windows and room to relax. Her salon also has a hair washing sink that does contort my neck when she washes my hair, which by the way, includes a nice little massage. Seriously, what else would I expect when I go to the best stylist in town?!
The Kevin Murphy product line is wonderful. I’ve been an Aveda and Pureology evangelist for a long time, but made the switch to Kevin Murphy after Cece introduced me to this line. My hair has moisture and feels silky, but not flat.

Salon Sardis is a comfortable and relaxing salon spearheaded by one of the best in the business. Cece brings her master skills, positive energy and transformation ability into her space. I walk in feeling drab and stressed and walk out feeling beautiful and centered. I love the line Kevin Murphy that she carries because it’s paraben free and high quality. I can always count on my bimonthly visits as a way to desires and put the magic in her hands. I highly recommend Cece and Salon Sardis to anyone I talk to after I’ve been a regular client for almost three years. I couldn’t be happier with my amazing stylist!

Best haircut I’ve ever had, hands down! Not only do women compliment my hair but men take notice. Everywhere I go, and in my line of work that’s someplace different every day, customer after customer, which includes hair stylists themselves, as well as co-​workers and even people I pass on the street compliment my haircut/​style. Cece is an artist with vision and the skill to transform that vision into reality. A master of color and a cut that is so good it makes styling my own hair a breeze. A first — when Cece turned my chair around to reveal the finished look I was amazed and, in a good way, teared up a little as I didn’t know it was possible for me to look that good. I know several people who go to Cece and I’ve never seen a style/​cut/​color that wasn’t take-​a-​second look gorgeous. Cece is fantastic! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Cece never ceases to amaze me with her versatility as a hair stylist.
Butt-​grazing bombshell blonde waves. Long, chocolately, impossibly shiny tresses. An easygoing, bright blonde, air-​dry bob. A tousle-​and-​go shaggy pixie. Cece has done all of these iterations for me, catering to my extreme hair ADD and demonstrating her depth as a master stylist.
She always manages to give me exactly what I want, yet tailored to my natural coloring, hair texture, and most importantly– the amount of time I have to devote to styling. I’m admittedly lazy and untalented when it comes to hair, and the only reason I look decent is because she styles it in a way that I can actually recreate it with minimal product, time, and effort.
I’ve become very comfortable sending my girl and guy friends to Cece, each with various hair types and personal styles. They all come out awesome, looking like themselves, instead of a copy and paste version of a certain hairstyle. They’ve all been super pleased with their experience.
Salon Sardis Atmosphere: Luxurious, without pretense. Clean, bright, welcoming, sophisticated, yet relaxing and intimate. It’s definitely not frou-​frou, so guys will feel right at home in Cece’s chair too. Have a cup of coffee or breathe in some tea, enjoy a magazine, and luxuriate. I’ve had days where I’ve showed up in a talkative mood, or collapsed into Cece’s chair absolutely exhausted and completely introverted. Cece has an amazing way with people, so I don’t feel awkward either way, and I always leave feeling refreshed.
Product Line: I’m an admitted hair product addict, so I’ve tried just about everything… The Kevin Murphy hair care products are worth every penny. The line is cruelty-​free. I purchased the shampoo and conditioner for fine, blonde hair, and it has kept my color on point since I left the salon. The styling products have the advertised hold and texture, and wash out without gross build-​up. I’m a convert.
