Not friendly AT ALL! The owner seemed irrate, as if she’s doing you a favor. Her husband is friendly, but she is RUDE! Last time I was there she said it was best to not get tips & to use gel/​shellac… maybe because they were about to close. My nails broke in 3 days! The gel did NOT hold up. I went back to tell them yesterday as I wanted to fix it & she looked at me as if I was crazy. I walked out. Furthermore, they won’t turn on the a/​c to save $. I WILL NOT be going there again! My recommendation to others is to go somewhere else that is more professional & courteous & where they do use good quality products where nails DONT break.

Ok. Well my towel had obviously be used before. Bits of skin, nail clippings, dried polish. Ew! Nail job was average. Wouldn’t revisit.
