Lighthouse Books, ABAA

This is a great little (locally owned) bookshop that sells antiquarian books in general, but specializes in Florida history, Florida authors, Florida ephemera, military history, southern literature and antique maps. If any of those subjects interest you, then visiting this shop is a must. It is quite small, but really has a great selection and a very knowledgeable proprietor.
Don’t come here expecting Haslam’s, which is also a fabulous bookshop; the former has a little bit of everything, while the latter has a lot of volumes for a small number of subjects — it’s very much a niche business, and I’ve rated it as such. Each time I’ve visited, I’ve always found something of interest in their tiny back room (more of a cubby, really) that seems geared more towards «miscellanea».
