Clear Tech Pools

Wish I could give ZERO stars.
When you call, the service is absolutely rude and awful. No one helps or calls back or does anything, really.
I had been a customer for many years, the the last guy who did my pools (he was great) left, and was replaced by incompetent crew.
No wonder their retention rate is abysmal.
Paid them monthly, and I got a green pool and no service. STAY AWAY

Was contracted by company rep to create new branding. Only received partial payment, and a bunch of excuses for not completing the project. A company that stiffs its vendors cannot be all that great. The most recent review clarifies that. Also, the «great» review by Bill V. of Palm Harbor is a plant. He is an employee. I know this because it was he who contracted the design work.

If I could give no stars I would. Clear tech refinished my pool for me. they ARE awful! From the service I received to the absolutely gross crew, I would not recommend them to anyone. The sales guy sold me on a refinish, a new light fixture and a new railing. We were excited. The day the crew started, it was early and they were swearing like crazy which I found to be SO disrespectful. I found cigarette butts, cement, and duck tape in my bushes around the pool. The cement stuff they refinish with was everywhere. They broke my fence and didn’t fell me about it. They nicked a wood pole around my pool and didnt tell me. They filled my my garbage cans with all of their garbage (supplies AND soda cans etc).
As the pool was being filled, I noticed that the light fixture I purchased for over 600 bucks wasn’t changed. I freaked and called them. They then told me that they don’t make those lights anymore and would have to drill into the concrete to replace it. GREAT timing guys! NOT… I was pissed.
THEN, the railing they installed was completely not level… And the brand new railing had nicks all over it… Which even after complaining they did nothing about.
Additionally, the top portion of the pool was still moldy and had cracks… And when I asked them why that wasn’t fixed, he said it wasn’t part of the scope. This was NOT made clear to me and when I was sold on the pool, he sold that it would look good as new… And after all this, they are still on me to pay my last 200 bucks. Ridiculous.
These guys are unresponsive and so u professional. Literally the worst experience. Stay far far away from their services.
