Came to the VS store today for my wife’s friend’s bachelorette party and was very pleased with the custom service we received. It was not overbearing like some stores are. Even when we asked for the items to be packaged nicely as a group ft they were very accommodating. Overall as a store I think their items are over priced at times. This store in particular was very nice.

The staff was totally hitting the customer service bar today!!! Lot’s of action going on, and the employees were hitting the mark. Lauren went over and beyond my expectations.

Smaller store compared to, say, the one in the galleria, but still had what I needed. I realized I hadn’t purchased new bras in about 2+ years, and my current ones were all worn out, so I figured it was about that time… I grabbed said bras so I’d remember the sizes and headed over to VS, Seanie Boy in tow.
When we walked in, we were immediately greeted by a cute girl who offered to help me find what I needed. In less than 3 minutes, I had exactly what I came in for. Also the girl may or may not have asked to see the bra I was wearing which tickled my inner perv. ;) heehee!
The bras are expensive at VS but they last quite a while… kind of like an oil change for a Ferrari. Yeah…

Definitely not my favorite location, seems a little small and cramped.
I hate looking for things for my wife and practically bumping into other people. I mean it is bad enough that there are 12 – 15 year olds buying thongs next to me I don’t want to come in contact with my fellow shoppers to.
Also the really aggravating thing that the cashier did was spray some obnoxious perfume on a piece of tissue paper and stuff it in our bag. It smelled up my car and gave me a head ache.
But other than that it is what it is a high priced under ware shop. I think this place has some good stuff but other than the 5 for 25 deal I never pay for anything else.
