I went to this place awhile ago. It was good, love the variety of flavors and suggested choices. However, 20 – 30 minute wait to get two shaved ices… seems a little ridiculous to me! I would expect that out of a place really preparing and serving the food to you, but you order at a window and pick it up… I just couldn’t understand why the long wait! Don’t go if you are wanting to get it quick, but if you have the time and don’t mind waiting…

I was so excited to see that we had a BB! I’ve gone a couple times now and have had a very poor overall experience. I went last week and the sign read «New hours, open 11 – 10 daily». It was 10:45 and I was so excited! I waited around for 15 – 20 minutes until they opened and it turns out on Sunday’s they open at 12. It’s not a huge deal, but they had 10 customers already and the sign was never corrected. I just really dislike when places don’t advertise correctly. Also, I wasted 20 minutes of my Sunday morning.
Today I decided to go again. Again, I was very excited. I ordered in the drive thru a baby sno. There were 2 cars in front of me, so I didn’t think anything of it. Then, I waited and waited. After 10 minutes I finally pulled off. If they were really backed up, no problem! But, I was the 3rd in line.
Long story short… I am really disappointed.
I don’t think I will be returning any time soon.

Man oh man I love a good snow cone, but this was better than good! And open all year round? It will help tide me over until next summer. So glad they opened!

A drive thru is supposed to be decently fast… I ordered one regular sized smoothie and I’m waited forever. I love this place, but I might as well stand in line if I’m waiting that long! Just need to pick up the Pace a bit if you ask me. It’s a bit pricy too. Things need to be worked on before opening at another location FOR REAL!

Was completely ridiculous, we waited in line for 30+ minutes for a small shaved ice. We pulled up to the drive through window and waited 5+ minutes before someone came to the window to take our money /​give us our order. Either processes need to be looked at or more staff need to be hired to accommodate the demand. Very unhappy with service will probably never go back.

The only reason this is getting 2 stars is because the ice is decently tasty.
I waited 30 minutes in line, 5 minutes before someone even spoke to me at the drive thru order screen, 20 minutes later I reached the window (after watching them completely mess up and have to re do the order in front of me) it took what seemed like 10 minutes before I had the privilege of speaking to the drive through attendant who quickly brush over the long wait.
As good as the ice is I doubt I will ever go there again

The shaved ice was extremely delicious but my friend and I waited over 30 minutes! People who ordered way after us were receiving their food before us, it was highly annoying. Great food but terrible service.
