I had not gotten a response to the email that I sent several months ago, and I just got a collections call from them for the service call they had to make because their previous technician left some loose ends. I firmly suggested that they try reading their emails.
Half an hour later, I did get an email from their Operations Manager, withdrawing the invoice and stating that she had not seen my email. I’m glad to have that resolved.
I hope she can get things more organized over there!

We hired them to do a small basement project. Their salesman was slick and professional, but then they sent out amateurs to do the actual work (one guy broke the concrete with a pick axe instead of a jack hammer). They dragged the job out forever, not finishing the work. There is still an exposed sewer vent in my basement. That can’t be a good idea!
Then they disappeared for six months. Then they suddenly wanted to get paid. They agreed the project wasn’t done, but they took it to court immediately.
The judge never even looked at the photos of the incomplete work.
So they’ll get paid for their incomplete and unprofessional work, and all I can do is warn you not to make the same mistake.
Ugh.
