Visiting from out of town and the salon seemed like an average Hood salon because of the patrons but the technicians were friendly. My pedicure was done well and I was surprised to get a hot rock massage which absolutely gave me life! This place is a gem.

So. I am sure you ask, what is a girl like me doing in a hood and place like this? Well… this girl is heading to the back of this nail salon to get her brows and lips waxed, that’s why!
My daughter and I have been coming here for several months and we refuse to go anywhere else to get our lips and brows landscaped. No, its not the fanciest place in town, and yes, its a little sketch in the parking lot, but its all worth it. The girls in the back always hook us up real fast and do an excellent job. Sometimes we are in and out in less than 15 minutes. They pay such attention to detail, its amazing.
The cost? $ 8 for brows and $ 5 for lips… You can’t beat that price anywhere and they are open later at night which is convenient. It is always busy and especially so on Saturdays so try to go in the evenings.
We also have gotten pedicures and my daughter, who is extremely picky about pedicures, liked hers. Mine was OK, I have had better but they did an adequate job and the chairs are always full so most people must be happy with them. The nail stations are always full too so check that out if you need some nails.
I had fake eyelashes put on once here and I was not happy with those. i do not think she was careful enough as to how she placed them and they fell off after a few days. I see alot of women getting them however so it might have been my issue and the fact I could not keep my fingers off of them since i was not used to them!
Ignore the men in the parking lot selling knock off handbags, be alert, and try this place for nails and/​or waxing. I bet you will like it too!
