Sunshine Pizza Café

I had been on a little break from Sunshine as my last two delivery orders had taken over an hour to get. I decided to end the break tonight as I was too tired after work to cook and I was very happy that I made that decision. I ordered online and they stated I should have my order within 45 minutes to an hour. This time frame seemed to be a better option rather than stating a flat 45 minutes in case they had a rush. I would rather have a place overstate the time than understate. My Buffalo Chicken pizza and Italian fries were delivered in about 30 minutes much to my pleasant surprise.
I’m so happy that the deliver time now matches the high quality of the food. A five star pizza place for sure. Great job Sunshine!

Best Pizza in the Cities! My favorite is the roasted vegetable pizza on whole wheat. The crust is crisp and cracker thin, the sauce is homemade and full of flavor, and the veg are caramelized to perfection!
When I call in my order, they remember who I am and what I like. Such a friendly staff.
I’m glad Sunshine Pizza is in my neighborhood!

We have only gotten delivery from here, but both times, it’s been good. They have an online order system that works really well, and even offers coupons/​rewards pts. Service is at the typical 45min wait pace.
The pizza is thin crust cut into squares (similar to Carbone’s). We got the canadian bacon/​pineapple this time. It was good. Not too greasy, the right flavors were there. A bit to much cheese for me though. We also got an order of the garlic cheese bread. This was delish! even reheated! The dipping sauce it came with was a bit heavy on the oregano.
This is a nice go to place when we need a place that does
A) Delivery
B) Thin crust pizza
C) Side items, like cheesy bread and
D) Is in the «cheap» price range
Give it a try!

The sauce is terrible which makes the pizza terrible. I’ve tried it 3 or 4 different times hoping for a better result, but I haven’t had any luck.

Sunshine Pizza is goooooooood! With no expectations, we ordered a pizza tonight and to our surprise dinner was high-​quality gourmet!
We tried the roasted vegetable and sausage and you could taste and see the quality, especially the fire roasted red peppers and fresh herbs sprinkled on top. The thin crust was excellent.
Their store front is very unassuming and basically unotable, but Sunshine Pizza rivals front runners like Punch for sure. This is our new neighborhood pizza go-​to.

This place has really good pie, but I was totally disappointed in their spaghetti and meatballs! The sauce was terrible and the meatballs were hard as a rock.
The pizza that my husband ordered was really damn good, though. Nice crust, good sauce, lotsa cheese…
Delivery time was decent (then again, we live right down the street), and I love all the points/​coupons you can rack up on their website!

Sausage, Thyme, Roasted Vegetable. Yum!
