I’m all sorts of confused. I wanted Chez Arnaud (prior tenant) and it’s now Solomon’s Bakery which moved from Mpls. But walk in and… yeah it’s pretty much the damn same as Chez Arnaud. Layout, menu offerings, etc. Not a bad thing. Apparently it had been a while and I missed the whole business switch late last year.
Scooped up a bag of day old chocolate croissants for later and had a raspberry filled twist and a spinach/​feta croissant. Both of the fresh pastries were damn good. The raspberry filled twist was covered in sugar with a great fried taste yet was very light. I could have eaten a dozen.
The coffee got a thumbs up as well but since I don’t drink that sewage, the water was pretty great too.
Service was friendly. Free wifi. Comfortable little spot to chill and get sugar high.
