After seeing the commercials for years I stopped in when I had an issue with a piece of jewelry. I was greeted with a smile. No one in the place at 6pm on a Monday. I explained my issue and was met with such a negative look and reply. Basically get the bleep out of here. Thankfully in the same lot was wedding day diamonds. Never been in their store either. When I explained my issue I was met with three options. Problem solved. Not sure when I’ll need to shop at a jewelry store again, but it will not be Jared’s because if you treat me like this, I can’t imagine you have reliable customer service after the sale.

I got my ring rhodium plated here twice over a period of two consecutive years. Each time, they took my ring away, evaluated it, and then told me a stone was loose and needed tightening(for an extra fee). They showed me it was loose but here’s the thing… I’ve had my ring plated multiple times at two reputable jewelers before and after my experience here and neither of them ever mentioned loose stones. Coincidence??? Unfortunately, I think not.
