Just put the«E» on. I don’t know why, but that has always bugged me. Stopped in there twice. First time was right after Christmas. A very nice sales lady was helping us, but she was also helping 4 other people. No biggie as we were just browsing, but it was hard to get a hold of her at times. The cookie shop is a nice little perk. HOM has some good deals, but their furniture was just too big and bulky for what we were looking for. Second time we stopped in, they were moving and it was impossible to get anyone to help us as they were all scrambling around moving. HOM is nice if you need a lot of good sized furniture.

I can’t comment on the quality of the furniture as I have not received it yet. I ordered furniture & was told it would be in around in the 2nd week in feb @ the latest. Got a call saying it was in & called to schedule delivery & was told it wasn’t in & it wouldn’t be until sometime in March. If they would have told me upfront that it would be in sometime in March I would be fine with it. I ordered this furniture in January. Maybe it’s just me but 2 months is a little too long. Irritating to say the least.

It’s now been over 3 months waiting on a couch I ordered — when I bought it they said 4 – 6 weeks. Keep calling — they have no idea when it’s coming in — asked for the phone number for the manufacture — nope — but I can talk to the sale person who sold it to me — «will he have any information ?» — none that you don’t already have — was the response. Is there anyone else I can talk to — no… It’s a custom order seeing that they only stocked it in one color — so no returns.

We weren’t even actively looking for a living room furniture set, but the price on the flyer took us right out there. This really is a nice showroom, and you could easily want stuff you don’t need. We restrained ourselves, and got the couch and overstuffed chair from the ad. We indulged in a priced-down, bamboo style, end table that we walked right out with. The delivery charge was waived because we couldn’t get the delivery right away. John is a very competent manager, and was very helpful throughout the process. There was a problem with a delivery date, and was rectified once I called. You get an automated call with your delivery time a couple of days before. If you don’t get the call, call them and double check the date. So it was delivered a couple of days later. At the time I was furious, but today it went off so smoothly, I didn’t care. The guy called 5 min. before arriving. The delivery men were so efficient, and fast. Two slightly built guys carried out a huge, old sofa bed like it was nothing. A great experience.

one of the coolest-looking furniture stores i’ve ever been in. beautifully decorated, modern, clean and welcoming. they have cookies and drinks for you when you come in. VERY impressed with the mattress selection, after a poor experience with mattress giant and slumberland. salesman was friendly, but gave a weird vibe when i asked questions, like my questions were dumb. But, all in all a great experience and we found a bed that will *hopefully* be amazing. free delivery, it’ll be here in a couple days.
