It was quite a week at work, and a massage was just what the Dr ordered! I had run across Hands of Health on Groupon, and then did a lot of research on the website. I liked what I saw. Cade’s description of his work and philosophy sold me, and I picked up the Groupon. Wow! Am I glad did! The place was a bit hard to find, as my Gps seemed to be taking me into an apartment parking lot, but as I was about to call for clarification, I saw the well-marked door on the first floor apartment. So, don’t be fooled, it is there! Cade greeted me at the door and had me fill out some paperwork regarding current health and any pains etc pretty typical. Then what I really appreciated was Cade taking the time to understand what I was looking for in the massage. Since this was a first time with me at this studio, I decided that I would have a medium strength but relaxing massage. And that is EXACTLY what I got! There was soothing music playing, and the cushioned(ANDHEATED) table felt wonderful! He started with some scented Essential oils, which really added a calming effect. Cade was very intuitive about my muscles, finding knots and gently, but firmly, pressing through them. Yet he kept in mind my initial purpose, which was relaxation. I could feel he had the strength to do more, but he kept the pressure at a great level. I left feeling relaxed and mellow. Just what I had wanted. I will be going back!
