Went in to Golfsmith looking for a new driver. I was directed to work with Mark F. and that he would help get me fitted. Mark spent well over an hour with me, hitting 8 – 9 different driver/​shaft combinations. Mark was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely patient. I ended up buying a new driver because of the professionalism the Mark displayed. I actually returned 2 hours later and bought a new 3-​wood from Mark. Wonderful experience!

I went to Golfsmith to look for golf shoes. I had never been there before and was hopeful I’d find what I wanted. I roamed the store looking at golf bags, carts and shoes and NO ONE asked if I needed help. In fact I hardly saw anyone working. I tried some shoes (from a weak women’s selection) with no luck. As I left, a male cashier by the front door, doing absolutely nothing, didn’t even look my way. I won’t be going back.
