Authentic and filthy!
It’s kinda hard to see from the outside despite the big sign. If you haven’t been to this area, you may have missed it driving by quickly. Fortunately, my spanish-​speaking friend took me here. She orderred foods and drinks in spanish — which seems like the only language that the servers responded too. We came in after the cinco de mayo parade so it was pretty busy for a sunday afternoon. They play festive music inside and there is a dance floor in the basement. I love their variety of options here with so much good food and drinks! I was very impressed with the presentation of their options. We sat at a booth by the window and got a beautiful view of the river.
Why is it a 2 star rating? Well, even though my michelada was good, I couldn’t help but think about how they prepared it. After about 5 mins, the shrimp and cucumbers started melting and it didn’t look appetizing anymore. The table we sat at was sticky and the seats were really old and tight– barely enough room for a skinny person to sit! Service was extremely slow! Our server didn’t want to split up the bill even though we told her to do that ahead of time. She just basically ignored us until we asked the manager who randomly walked by. Oh and my friend saw one of the waitors did coke in the bathroom. So yeah, I don’t feel very safe and welcomed here.

The restaurant is dark and filthy, after I ordered I decided to move to the window table after a couple left and ask a waiter if he could clean the table since the table next to us has several young kids that were running around and crying. After 10 min the waiter never clean the table, ask the other waiter and with a bit of an attitude said he would and walk away. After about 5 min we sat at the filthy table waiting for someone to clean it, finally the waiter very reluctantly clean 1\2 the table I thought he was going to come back, instead he comes back with our very expensive meal and I refuse to let him leave it without cleaning the table? He finally told me in this nearly empty restaurant that tables by the window was ONLY reserve for families? Not only was the table filthy but there was a fly helping himself of left over food left by the prior couple. I mention that it was interesting that it was only reserve for families when a couple had just left the table, REALLY, I had to argue for a table, so Rude, never going back. Oh we had ordered a meal that fed 3 people yet we could not sit at the window!!! Don’t need this kind of treatment, I can spend less money at Lucky 13 in Lillydale out on the patio and have a fantastic time than deal with RUDE wait staff!!! I would have understood if you are seated by a hostess and the place was packed, but it was nearly empty and as I watch others come in it was seat yourself and find a clean table kind of place — by the way the floor was just as filthy, food all over the floor, if I hadn’t order I would left, no I would have run!!! Oh by the way my beans and rice that came with meal was Luke warm and couldn’t wait to leave, paid over $ 50 for several bites and could think about anything else other than how fast can I get the heck out of there!

Went to the location in St. Paul mn to be exact address is 600 Concord St. Paul there food was half cold and half hot. There service was terrible never came to our table to ask us if we needed anything else. Charged us for food that was not worth $ 85 dollars worst experience ever from a restaurant that people say has good service. They also had three different music playing while doing a karokee. Waitress also was sitting down having a beer with customers what a bad reputation for this restaurant never again will my family and I go there
