These guys rock the food truck! A Philly cheese steak… a well done standard. A sirloin steak grilled cheese with black bean… what a tasty bump up on a classic grilled cheese. Sautéed Brussel sprouts with wasabi sauces just knocks this usual vegetable out of the park… if you don’t like Brussel sprouts you’ll probably like these, if your like them you’ll love these. They’ll be back at Sidhe Brewing Company in the future.
