First and last time I will ever go into this CVS. The store was completely empty on a Friday afternoon and I was unable to find a widely available over the counter pharmacy item. I asked someone behind the pharmacy counter and instantly felt like a naughty child as I was pointed over to the skin care aisle in the make up section. After finding my item, I noticed a great deal on soda and picked that up too. The cashier seemed upset that there was a customer she had to come and help. Barely a word was spoken to me. Upon completion of the transaction I was sure to offer a loud thank you to both her and the store manager who had came up to talk to her while she was trying to count my change back — both just looked at me like they couldn’t figure out why I was still in the store. I was so upset about the cold treatment I received here that I stewed about it for days. I know now that if I’m ever feeling happy, friendly, and talkative but want to have those feelings stomped to death — I should go this CVS and chat with their staff.
