Ordered here for the 1st time today and am so happy I did. Definitely my new go to for chinese delivery and I’ll only be ordering from here from now on… The food arrived faster than estimated and was sooooooo much better than the other places around St. Paul that I’ve tried. Potstickers are good and actually full of meaty goodness, Beef Lo Mein was excellent, General Tso’s very good, crunchy and not too saucy. Prices are pretty standard!

Best Chinese food in St.Paul. We’ve tried Lots of things on the menu. Never had anything we didn’t like. All the meat was tender, veggies crunchy, was all very good. Yes, and they deliver.

I had their Kung Pao Chicken «Lunch Box». A co-​worker brought back take-​out. The portion size and value are outstanding. The food was decent also. The Kung Pao Chicken is sweeter than most, with added pineapple. I prefer a more traditional recipe. However, I would try something else from this place again.

We ordered delivery. It took an hour and we are about a mile from the store. The food was pretty good. We had the box meals for about $ 8 each. Beef with broccoli and Kung pao chicken. Really good and lots of flavor. The crab rangoon that came with it were really good. I’d give it five stars but it took an hour so the food wasn’t hot. We will do take out with them again sometime. Look forward to leftovers tomorrow.

Not very good at all. The lo mien is fair but sesame chicken is dry, hard and way too sweet. Was a fan a couple years ago but something has changed. Gave it a couple of chances but now I wont be back.

The BEST Chinese food on the WestSide! I recommend the Dragon Phoenix! Also the House fried rice is BOMB! Soooo good! Prices are very reasonable and the people are GREAT!

I eat here kind of often nowdays. After the fax incident, i’ve been calling in orders with no hiccups. Their tofu dishes are really great. The shrimp is still meh. My co-​worker really loves their eggrolls. The people are friendly, and they don’t overcharge for delivery.

Oh my word!!! This is the best Chinese in the twin cities and they deliver! Everything was wonderful, crab rangoon, wonton soup, sweet and sour chicken, hot and sour soup, Mongolian beef and a crispy noodle side! YUM!

Fast delivery. Low prices. Mediocre food.
Yes, the cream cheese puffs are good, as are the egg rolls. But the entrées? Not so much. While the veggies are crisp, the proteins and sauces aren’t much to write home about. I had the sesame chicken recently, along with beef and broccoli… the chicken was really stringy and had way too much breading on it (and I’m not sure why they rate it as spicy). The sauce was too sweet, yet had an oddly burned flavor. Most of it ended up in the trash.
The beef is chewy, and again, the sauce had an off-​putting aftertaste that didn’t sit well. The fried rice was dark and rather greasy. I’ve tried a lot of things on their menu and haven’t been impressed yet. This is definitely a case of getting what you pay for. I may order from them again (if I don’t find a better Chinese delivery option), but it’ll be all appetizers next time.

We’ve had such good food from them in the past but our recent order turned out to be a huge disappointment. The chicken chow mein was 90% celery, and the orange chicken and sesame chicken were indistinguishable except for a peel of orange rind and a half teaspoon of sesame seeds poured on top. Both contained a lot of fried balls of air, with a too-​sweet syrupy sauce.
The food was ready quickly, and the cheese puffs were as good as usual. Overall, however, not a good dinner for any of us. I can see a few things being «hit or miss,» but for all seven of us to be displeased with our food? Not taking a chance again on Chin Chin again, because it was a waste of hard-​earned money.

I ordered some fried chicken wings and of course they were raw. I called to complain and all I got was they would give me store credit. OMG are you kidding me that means I would have to spend more money there… NOT ON YOUR LIFE.

The staff here is incredibly nice… I love going in there because they’re always so polite. The food is always piping hot and ready quickly. They’ve never screwed up one of my orders or skimped on anything.
I will admit that this place isn’t much to look at. It’s not much of anything, really, but an awkward little room with a couple of strangely placed decorations. But honestly… you get over it quickly once you taste the food. It was never meant to be a sit-​and-​eat restaurant anyway, so it doesn’t really matter.
I love their roasted pork fried rice, the chicken kung pao and their eggrolls. Their lo-​mein is also delicious and their portions are always leftover friendly.
I definitely recommend this place.

Chinese Delivery to Lowertown a half hour before they close!!! We called at 9:02, when they close at 9:30 and they still took our order and delivered it… How awesome is that?
The Cream Cheese Puffs are amazingly good and we shared a large General Tso’s chicken and it was a huge amount of food. We both ate and leftovers will go with Ci for her school lunch. All this for $ 15…I have found my new Chinese Delivery Fix!
