This place is a hot mess to say the least. I don’t expect much from MSP airport restaurants but this was ridiculous. It started with the hostess refusing to sit me in a section because she said it was closed but then I watched her sit the people behind me there! My server was friendly enough but barely paid attention to me. I ordered the big mouth bites which is supposed to be 4 sliders and I got a burger cut into 4 pieces… oh man. Then I heard a HUGE fight in the kitchen and saw an employee lover’s quarrel all within my 45 minute meal here. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This place was very enjoyable. I was with a larger group and they got a booth for us right away. The portions are really good, prices are nice, and it’s a great place to go with a group. Nice location in the airport as well if you’re going to the nearby gates. There’s seating outside with all the chaos going on, but it looks enjoyable as well. Fun place and I bet they have good drinks and happy hour.

Very disappointing. Minimal waitstaff so service was very slow. The bartenders were good. They were so short staffed in the kitchen that the only had a very limited menu to order from. Never again. So so poorly managed.

The worst service I have ever experienced. We waited 20 minutes for a table, all while there were over a dozen open tables and servers walking by. I went to get the Manager to address the 15+ people waiting in line and not being helped. After finally getting a table, we waited another 15 minutes without a server stopping by our table or taking a drink order. When a runner tried to give us someone else’s food, we said it wasn’t ours and we had been waiting to be helped for 15 minutes. His response: «Our computers are down and even if I could take your order you wouldn’t get your food»(with severe attitude). We picked up our belongings and said«We are leaving then», the waiters response — «Thank you». I worked at chilis for 7 years as kitchen supervisor and certified trainer, prior to the advent of computers that printed orders. You can run a restaurant without a computer. All in all, we wasted 40 minutes and never even got so much as a drink.

Didn’t get service at all because the entire crew was involved with a birthday party. They all saw me, standing, where the sign says, wait to be seated, I waited. The bar tender finally went out to address the order back up and me waiting, he too was basically ignored as they carried on. This is an Airport. I wanted a simple bowl of chili before my 2.5 hour flight…

Waitress with an attitude, which in my book is not necessarily a bad thing. The environment is about the same as you would find at any other Chili’s, but in this case you look outside to the various halls leading to a number of concourses. The food is actually top not today. I have been here before but was unimpressed. The Ranchero Chicken tacos are very tasty with tones of real avocado. The pot beans are also very good. I had an El Niño Margarita. It is killer. Good taste, very smooth and is a huge glass. It’s almost $ 12, though, so I would be very disappointed if it wasn’t good. I do find it a little sketchy that they don’t put the drinks prices on the menu. What that all about? Minus one demerit!

I guess I wasn’t expecting too much from an airport restaurant. I thought it was amusing that there was a sign at the entrance saying they weren’t serving tacos, bowls, or salad, which is about 30% of their menu. The hostess was super uninviting. She said no words to us. She made eye contact, and then I said I would like a table for two. She led us to a table and then tossed the menus on the table. I ordered the California Turkey Club. It was a rather large sandwich, but wasn’t anything I couldn’t make at home. The turkey club was listed as toasted, but only the wheat bread slices were toasted. By the time I got the sandwich, the bread was already cold(probably from the cold deli meat though). The fries that came on the side were not fried enough or just have been sitting out for a while, which is disappointing because fries are not hard to make. The only pro is that this is a convenient place to go if you have nothing to do during a 3 hour layover.

Was seated somewhat quickly. I sat down with my infant son and already knew what I wanted so I ordered it. The lady was a bit rude and didn’t really speak English… She brought me my dessert(after waiting over 20 mins for one thing) and had thrown the spoon into my food(it was the molton chocolate cake so you can only imagine all that wonderful caramel all over the spoon and handle) I needed a napkin to wipe it off and I couldn’t find the server so I ended up eating the dessert anyways while my son screamed. I tried to wait for her to come back so I could pay and she didn’t so I searched for her in the restaurant to find her and she was chatting with her friend. I asked nicely if I could pay and she took my money and then threw the change into my hand… Next time I’m requesting a guy to serve me.

The waitress was nice, but it took forever to get seated. this location does not accept any of your chilis rewards points.

Usually like to stop here when we come through MSP airport. A lost always crowded but they tend to overcome that and we get good food and good service. This trip I had the steak fajitas and they were very good. My wife ordered a specialty salad that had grilled chicken. After a couple of bites, she said the chicken was so cold it was like it was straight out of the refrigerator. She wasn’t going to say anything because she was so tired from our travels. I wanted to make sure she ate well, and I wasn’t in the mood to give up my steak, so I mentioned it to the waitress, Bitaniya. She went straight away to get some hot chicken from the kitchen. It was fresh and juicy, sizzling on the plate. Angela was able to enjoy her meal and relax where before she was tense. When the waitress brought the check, low and behold, she had removed the salad charge from the bill. We tried to explain that we were happy with her getting the hot chicken but she insisted that we not pay for the inconvenience. Above and beyond. We are very aware that no company can have perfect service no matter how they strive for that record. The true meddle of a company’s customer service is how they handle things when they go wrong. In this instance, Bitaniya stepped up for Chili’s too, and made this experience something we won’t forget. Love it when people get it. 5 Stars for Bitaniya and Chili’s too.

Good prompt service w/Americana food. If you want something quick w/o a big price point this is works. The 3 tacos offer ample food for $ 12 along w/rice and black beans.

This is my first negative review. The service was shitty and the food was too salty. And I usually eat fairly salty. Had to ask the waitress for our check twoooo times. I thought she would notice we were done and ready since I was just sitting there, staring into space waiting for her to come back to check on us.

This was my second experience with a Chili’s Too. This one in the Minneapolis-St Paul airport is much larger and therefore busier. I ordered the Classic Bacon Burger, again I think, which satisfied my hunger between flights. This burger is worth the $ 11+ I paid. I ordered mine without cheese & onions. I should’ve excluded the sautéed pickles which added a spicy-tangy flavor to the burger. C’mon, I ordered a «bacon» burger, and there was PLENTY of bacon, not a funny tasting cucumber burger.

I am actually a really big fan of Chili’s, which to many is blasphemy. Anyways, I decided to stop at this outpost while waiting for my flight since my SO hates it and I never get to go. I decided to play it safe and went with the classic chicken crispers. They came out quickly but were a bit overcooked. I’ve ordered the crispers 1000 times, they were definitely overcooked. The manager was very friendly but all of the other staff seemed to hate that they were there. So while the experience was bittersweet, I’m going to have to give it 2 stars. Overcooking something that is deep fried and being that unhappy at 2 in the afternoon doesn’t make for a great situation.

Airport chain restaurant. …2.5 stars. Relatively quick food and drinks. You know what you are getting with Chilis. Grabbed an appetizer and a drink for $ 30. Food was ok and drink was expensive. But when you are stuck in an airport, you only have so many choices. Next time in town, I will look for an alternative.

Luke warm food even when they’re slow at 6:40am — pretty sure food was hot coming off the grill — this leaves waitress– waiter– and at $ 12 for eggs — there are too many other choices

Personally, I am a HUGE fan of Chili’s – I like the atmosphere, the food, prices, etc. My husband and I did the unconventional thing and stopped by this Chili’s after we came back from a trip so we didn’t have to worry about dinner that night. For us, this was perfect. One thing, however, is I’d definitely let them know if you have an impending flight. Perhaps it was our relaxed attitude or, maybe that’s how this restaurant functions, but we weren’t «in and out» quick as I expected we’d be. That said, I’m sure if you let them know if you were on the time crunch you’d be just fine. The food we great(ironically one of the best of our trip) as was the service. All around really solid experience! I’d go back for sure!

1.5 Due to the amount of times I frequent MSP, I have to change it up every so often due to weather delays and ridiculous wait times at other places and this is usually one of my last resorts. If you chose to eat here you should consider the following: — Make sure you have at least 2 hours in between connections. This place can be dead, yet your order, no matter how simple will take a ridiculous amount of time. — Menu– This is a airport offering, don’t expect to see the full blown Chilli’s menu, especially the baby back ribs. To remember this fact take note in the restaurant’s actual name, it is called Chili’s Too, not Chili’s –Allergen menu– If you have an allergy, request the allergen binder from the hostess –Food– It’s an airport, keep your expectations low. –Dining with a Allergy– This is a shared kitchen and cross contamination does happen. I have gotten sick as a result of CC. I really wouldn’t recommend dining here if you have a serious allergy. On the bright side, they have a bar that serves alcohol and a few TVs to watch the games during a long layover. For this fact alone, they get a .5 star

Great place for a salad in MSP airport. This location is just outside the Delta SkyClub before you enter Terminal G. It’s not super fast, but the Southwest Salad was fine. There’s a patio area to sit and watch stander or grieving travelers which seemed to be quieter than their indoor ambiance. As they say in MSP, this restaurant is «Minnesota nice».

I mean, it’s airport food, what do you expect… After a delayed flight, my friend suggested we go here for a drink(I wanted French Meadow… but ladies first). The«large» Stella was maybe 16 oz. and cost almost $ 10. I would definitely choose French Meadow or the MinneBar if you’re looking to get your drank on pre-flight. Don’t support this corporate crap when you can go to so many other somewhat local places.
