Caribou Coffee

I would say order to go on the driveway is your best shot, but I bet they would still mess up your order anyways. They charged me $ 5 for a small drink of mocha, when I told them that I ordered a large. They accused me of lying, the guy snatch the drink out of my hand and threw it in the sink. It took them 20 min to make my small drink. Yet! It took them less then 2min to make my large to replace my small. That I don’t get it? The girl was talking to the customers at the drive through for 10min each as if there’s no other customers. And an other guy just standing there in his cellphone. Never have I been treated horrible like this. I’m not going back to this place, I rather be a basic B to Starbucks then be treated the way they treated me.

I frequent this caribou! Typically very nice staff! Becky is great and very knowledgeable! The only downfall about this location is I am never asked if I want to check in with my perks card/​number. It would be nice if the asked every time do u want to check in.

I love the staff here! they always make me feel so welcome even though almost every time I’m here, I’m using a coupon.
That’s another thing I love about Caribou – frequent deals sent to my email, and their Perks program which gives me BOGO offers every so often even though I don’t even use Perks in any other way.
I love the free used coffee grounds they set out for fertilizing your garden.
I love how clean it is inside, the ambiance, the availability of those little half-​and-​half creamers so I don’t have to ask for cream at the counter.
Lots of parking, decent drinks, good prices.

Right up the road from my office. Staff is super friendly, they go way out of there way to satisfy customers and they move the lines quick! They must have a great management team there because everyone seems so well trained.

You can find Caribou locations in most corners of the metro, but this one really is one of the best. It’s close to my office, so I am often one of the many cars lined up at 7:55 a.m. Although often very busy, they get drinks out at a very fast pace and always with a smile.

This is my Caribou… Its two minutes from my house and on my way to practically everything I do or places I go in the morning.
Most the staff is über friendly and even when the line is long, they whip out those drinks rapidly. I mostly drive thru at this Caribou because its not my fave coffee shop to hang out in. I do not find the atmosphere very cozy despite the efforts with the fireplace and all.
I don’t come here as often as I used to because they never seem to have specials like Dunns and Starbucks but my fave drink here is the orange-​mango-​key lime smoothie. I know… Odd its a coffee shop but there is no coffee drink here that knocks my socks off.

I’ve finally found that I am not actually addicted to Caribou hot chocolate, even though it is pretty good. What I find is that I’m addicted to removing the lid and drinking down the whipped cream and chocolate chips they top all their sweet beverages with. I usually end up drinking my hot cocoa, but I think I could be better off buying a can of reddi-​whip.
This place has a cool little customer friendly POS machine right outside of their drive thru window, but they wouldn’t let me use it.
They will also feed your dog and carry on a little light hearted canine conversation while you wait for your beverage of choice.
Milk bones and ready whip, who would have guessed at such a stellar combination.
