I wish these reviews could be made national. Would never have gone to the event. Life-sized…I call BS on that. Only the tiny ones were life sized. Exhibits? Sure… tarp and wood chips with plastic trees. Huge kids with little kids in bouncers… lots of injuries. Horrible. Advertised scavenger hunts were out only 1 hour into day. And they removed negative informational comments from the Facebook page

I also was taken in with the Discover the Dinosaurs hype. As a grandmother, I wanted to give my grandson an experience he wouldn’t forgot. He forgot it very quickly but I’m still seething at the way I was duped. Shame on Blue Star.

If I could rate less than one star, I would! How disappointing Discover the Dinosaurs was!!! We took our family while it was at the San Diego Convention Center. The amount of money we paid was no where NEAR worth the experience!!! The experience we had was worth about $ 5/ea. That’s how much they should have charged!!! Mini gulf was something I could have thrown together in my back yard! And the rides were nothing more than 25cent rides you see outside your local grocery store! Truly, truly disappointing! DON’T WASTEYOURMONEY!!!

JUSTHORRIBLE~ this company should be closed down for fraud. The dinosaurs were in horrible condition, the lines were just insane with NOONE to assist you. I am contacting the BBB for an investigation. This company is a FRAUD!

Shame on this company and the sham of an event that they put on called Discover the Dinosaurs. I hope that they read these reviews, I really do. Because they are targeting and scamming families with small children. How they sleep at night, I don’t know. I already reviewed this pathetic event on the Discover the Dinosaurs page, but I can’t let this go. The event was oversold, overpriced, and the most ridiculous excuse for an «event» I have ever attended in my life. I wrote customer service an extensive email and received a bullshit cookie cutter response. If every event that this company puts on is this much of a scam, I am surprised they haven’t had a class action brought against them.

I took my Grandson to the Dinasour event at the LA convention center Saturday 1÷1÷13. I want to first start by saying this was a major disappointment to me, my grandson and everyone I over herd at this event. I feel your advertising is not what the actual event represents, this was like a convention. The set was not poorly put together. I do not recall seeing 40 dinosours. The projects for the kids to be involved with was a total mess, there was no staff helping or organizing anything. There were way too many people in this event, no employees organizing lines. Parents were making there own lines with no help from staff. Every other parent there were saying, they wanted to warn the parents outside and tell them not to waste there money and take there kids to McDonalds instead. This company should be ashamed to put on such a disappointing event for kids that is falsely advertised. I will not attend an even our production puts on again. Save your money for any event they put on, its not worth it.

This company should be investigated for fall advertising and fraud. I took my family to see the«Discover the Dinosaurs» exhibit in Los Angeles, CA Jan 2014. All I discovered is that $ 94 was totally wasted on a sorry excuse for an event that promised: an experience you can not get in a museum”. A museum would not over sell an event like they did in LA, provide untrained and inadequate staffing for the event, charge additional money for portions of the show you thought were included, and offer virtually nothing in return for the purchase price. DONOT attend any event run by this production company unless your interested in being ripped off. This event is LITERALLY like some brain trust at this company said they needed a new show for 2014. Some new guy says«Hey what about Dinosaurs?» Flash Forward 6 months and I am out $ 94 plus $ 15 for parking.

Went to the Discover the Dinosaurs event in Boston. If was the worst event I have ever attended. Way over priced to get in, more money for rides or slides, unbelievably crowded with 45+ minute waits for the rides. People trying to buy tickets at the show waited for well over an hour to get in. There were hardly any employees so people were ignoring the ropes around the displays. Never in my life will I go back and there is no way I could recommend this to anyone. We were telling people waiting in line to find something else to do.
