The stylist that did my hair was so awful! Messed up my hair so bad! I had to come back because i have a hair strand that’s bleached but not colored. Second of all, thw highlights did not show so the next day i had to pay to have my highlights fixed. Which I just swallowed that in exchange for the hair colot that I wanted. Then she kept taking other customers for hair cut and made me wait… I was supposed to soak in the color for 10 minutes and it ended up becoming one whole hour! I was at the salon for a total of 3.5hours it was ridiculous. She was supposed to fix my hair and it ended up becoming a disaster cause the color for highlights ended up coloring my entire head

Absolutely TERRIBLE! My poor wife went there with a very simple request but when she voiced her concerns the «stylist» simply told her that it looked fine from his angle and went about snipping away while completely ignoring her and chatting it up with his buddy that was in the chair next to hers! She came home and it was a disaster! It was different lengths all around and she didn’t even get a shampoo or blow dry offered to her (she would have gladly paid for both!). She walked out of there looking like a wet dog! Never going back there again and I suggest nobody else makes that mistake either! Not sure if it was just the luck of the draw and she got a bad stylist but she will never, EVER go back to find out!

The attention to detail is phenomenal. Going to MasterCuts has changed how I have even envisioned what my hair should look like. I have been getting the same cut for 12 years straight due to the safety of knowing it was easy and no fuss to maintain, yet I always wanted something slightly different than average. This takes me to my first visit.
I have been a customer since New Years Eve and have been going back since. The shop was about to close that night and my usual salon was not open. I couldn’t get out in time to get my usual, but luckily, Carmen was more than gracious to take me on last minute. Further, without a predetermined idea of what I wanted other than the usual cut I have been getting for years, Carmen was able to give me something I couldn’t have even dreamed of for that special night. She also took the time to explain the supplies I would need to keep my hair looking great long thereafter. Between the skill set, education and friendliness she carried (and the staff in general), I can’t imagine going anywhere else. The salon is clean and has a great array of products. Thank you MasterCuts, and Carmen for giving me more than just hair cuts — I came in needing help and left with a completely new outlook on hair care!

Needed a haircut while in Louisville. 3 minute wait time, great cut for $ 15.99.
My stylist, Donna was quite pleasant. Enjoyed the experience and was talking with her longer than the actual haircut took. :)
