Friendly staff. Good food. HUGE portions and decent prices. I just wish that they would pay more attention to cleaning their tables. Every time that I have been in, I have had to either ask someone to wipe off tables or I have gotten napkins wet and wiped them myself. Otherwise, good stuff here!

THIS location is much better than the other one! The service is WAY better which is worth the drive for me considering I live in Hurricane! Plus it’s bigger than the other location! I love the walnut shrimp, sucks that you have to pay extra when you order it though.

Don’t know why this location gets rocked in the review category. But I drive across town to come to this location because of how good it always is. The quality and portions are always top notch. The service is hit or miss(typical Panda) EXCEPT for tonight. This review is a direct result of the AWESOME service that I(and many others) received from an employee named Raymond. Raymond deserves a raise or promotion. He was so polite and expedited my order so that I didn’t have to wait in line. His thick African accent didn’t stop him from doing his job the best he possibly could. He exceeded expectations. Again, his POLITENESS was off the charts, and it wasn’t forced fake-ish politeness, it was genuine which I can really appreciate. Only when I sat down near the counter did I notice how dedicated he really is. He kept watch over the whole line, took orders over the phone, and helped ring up customers, with lightning speed and efficiency. This is stuff that managers do, and he isn’t even a manager. He multitasks like nobody I’ve seen before. Last but not least he came out to the dining area to give complimentary drinks to two customers who had been waiting awhile for their Beijing beef! Outstanding! Raymond, my man, you earn 5 thumbs up.

Can’t get an online order right if their life depended on it. Customers don’t understand the concept of Express Line for ppl that order ahead and are rude.

Yummy… Always fresh, had to wait a few minutes for beef broccoli but they were on it. It was very busy but handled it well. I’ll be back:)

Usually I would have to beg my mom to take us here. Never again shall I do that. Food was cold and untasteful!!! Had to add 2 packets of soy and a thing of teriyaki sauce to add flavor. Tasted like its been sitting there for a few hours. That’s right HOURS! Also noticed they don’t wear gloves and they didn’t wash their hands when they came to help us. My brother ordered teriyaki chicken and he didn’t get the sauce when I went in to ask them for it I saw them laughing with one customer and I thought it would be good service I was wrong… They saw me waiting and they asked me what I wanted. In the rudest tone I’ve ever heard. And not even a «what can I help you with» or «what can I get you today?» But in a rude tone«What do you need.» So out of this dinner trip tonight The food was old and cold and the service was horrible I shall not return. Worst experience ever!!!

Always fast. Always good. This chain of restaurants always seems to everything in order. The staff at this particular one is really friendly.

went to Panda Express for dinner last night, the restaurant was very busy. Two meals with chow mein, one with beef broccoli the other with Beijing Beef. beef was a bit chewy, noodles were good. Beef broccoli was flavorful just so small of a serving. What happened to good Chinese food? Don’t say try some Bistro place or Pei way to much for sub par food.

I went here Friday night around 8pm-9pm The food wasn’t very hot or fresh. They didn’t have any broccoli and beef out. It felt like they only had fried stuff out. It was so bad that both my fiancé and I only picked at it then threw it away… I would never come back to panda again.

I grew up eating at Panda Express so I feel like it is an old familiar experience when I go there. I like it. Orange chicken and fried rice. However, there is better Chinese food in town and the Panda Express on the other side of town tastes better as well. It is fast and clean and filling but that’s about it. They serve Pepsi not Coke. That’s no good.

Busy place on Friday night. Food seemed fresh, I never like getting fatty pieces of steak or chicken and I thought this meal avoided that. I give it 3 stars.

I like Panda Express. Is it the best Chinese food? Can it even be considered Chinese food? No, to both questions. But do they usually make a pretty tasty orange chicken and beef and broccoli, yes they do! But this location of Panda Expressed was unfortunately not very good and the food seemed poorly prepared and tasted like it had been sitting around for awhile. That surprised me because we were there on a Saturday at about noon, and I would have thought the food would be fresh. Word of caution about this place.
