Wished there was a way to put negative stars. TJ the owner of this business is about as incompetent as they come. Paid for a drainage job that was supposed to take a couple of days. 2 weeks later he completed the job but did not provide pics as I instructed claiming family issues. I live in California retired Navy and trusted him. Property had the same issue so I paid another licensed contractor in the area. Surprise Immaculate Irrigation did not do the job as agreed. Contractor reported drainage job was not installed at all. I spoke with TJ and he was non apologetic not willing to talk about my complaints. He is now being sued and reported to the BBB. Do not do business with this individual.
