Poor customer service. I ordered a print from them, they told me it would take 3 days from the time I submitted the artwork and 4 days later they sent me a proof (which was basically my design with their logo on the letterhead) and said they needed 3 days once I approved the proof. I told them I needed it today (4 days after I sent them the artwork) and they said I had to pay a rush fee to get it done. They weren’t cooperative or understanding, they just kept telling me to pay the rush fee.
It all felt very unprofessional and my experience was frustrating.
