The absolute worst! Went here for the first time for a basic check up — front desk staff was rude — and wait time was over 30 minutes. Went back again (but to the Kissimmee location) as I’m pregnant and broke out in horrible hives. Waited over an hour to be seen. Again front desk staff was incredibly rude. Once I got in, they told me to take Benadryl and sent me to Quest for a urinalysis to check for a UTI, supposedly a common cause of hives in pregnant women. I waited over a week to hear back — and never did, so I began calling — which was a nightmare in itself. There is one operator for multiple locations that blind transfers you — It took an additional week to hear back from anyone. I was so happy to find a dermatologist in my hometown, but will be going back to my old dermatologist (Dr. J. Matthew Knight) in downtown Orlando — well worth the drive.
