I had heard the shop at Woodfield Mall did great work, so I was excited to see they opened a store sort of near us in St Charles. I brought in a coat, pants and a vest with a lining issue.
The work on shortening the wool coat sleeves was perfect (heavy material and a nice lining). I didn’t even try on the pants there, hoping they were fine when I got home… perfect length! They were very honest about repairing the lining on the vest… that it would be very involved and would end up paying more for repair than the vest was worth. I appreciated that candor.
They do have a very nice selection of suits and shirts and I may have to check them out for purchase as well.
