SSM Urgent Care at St. Joseph Medical Park

I’ve been to this facility 3 times, and each time received excellent care. The staff is always caring and attentive. They are thorough and professional. I would recommend this urgent care center to anyone.

Seriously impressed with the efficiency, professionalism and kindness of this urgent care center. I was in and out in just over an hour. After a speedy registration, I saw three separate staff members, including a nurse and a nurse practitioner. I was given a breathing treatment, two x-​rays, and diagnosed with acute bronchitis. My prescriptions were called in, and I was out of there, lickity split! Good to have them just a mile from my house!

Well there it was 6 minutes from home. I hobbled in. A nice lady walked through the info with me. I didn’t have to fill out any forms at all. Drivers license and insurance card was all I needed. I was immediately offered a wheelchair (hurt my knee) and 5 minutes later I was in a private dr office. 5 min after that I spokevwith the practitioner who after an investigation of the causes and pain ordered an xray, They wheeled me to another office a few minutes later and a few more after that I was xrayed .
They wheeled me back, and then the excruciating 15 minute wait for results commenced. Not days or hours.
No major damage was revealed. Rest. Anti inflammatory medication was prescribed. They wrapped up my knee. Set me up on crutches, and out I went. Moving faster and happy to know it wasn’t more extensive damage. 2 – 3 weeks on the shelf is much better
By the time I got to Walgreens my script was ready. All in all a painful, but necessary and rather short and convenient experience
