Sonic Drive In

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Worst service, worst food, worst everything. I never expect too much from fast food, because you shouldn’t expect much for what you pay. However, I do expect you to be open during your stated business hours and I certainly don’t expect to wait 30 minutes to even place my order when there are only TWO other cars present.
This places closed whenever they see fit to close on a nightly based and regardless of if you’re ordering one drinks or 3 meals, you won’t get out without waiting 30+ minutes for everything. (More often than not something will also be wrong with your order)
So many more options worth your time and money.

Would give it no stars if I could. The last four times there was a problem with the order. Won’t be visiting again

Only local Sonic still open around me. I can’t comment on the food as we just go for the happy hour shakes. They are delicious! Service is always friendly and quick, even if there is a line.

I haven’t eaten here in many years. I ordered a double cheeseburger an order fries and a drink, something simple. I found myself to be highly disappointed in the burger as it wasn’t made correctly, the french fries tasted like they had been sitting around since lunch.
Sonic is definitely not how I remembered it being. I doubt that I will ever go back now. It’s not a matter of the money because it doesn’t cost a whole lot to eat there, but simple mistakes and serving old food is something that can be easily avoided by just paying attention.

I believe a worker purposefully charged my debit card twice. I complained to corporate and they only thing they did was send me a coupon. I had to threaten to show up with the police before the owner, who was extremely ride, finally called me back. He eventually sent me a check for what was basically stolen from me but had no empathy. This sonic will never get another penny from me.

The only reason this place gets two stars is because the happy hour deals are good and the food is decent (for sonic). The service has always been super slow. I suggest always going thru the drive thru here, it’s still slow but to park is ridiculously slow.

I’ve been to this Sonic location twice. The first time, they replaced a ciabatta bun with a regular hamburger bun without telling me about it (I got drive-​thru and was already home by the time I realized what they’d done). The second time, I ordered a Reese’s blast that was nothing but vanilla ice cream until I got to the bottom, where there was a chunk of Reese’s packed down. Almost every Sonic I’ve ever visited has had solid service and decent food, but I won’t give this location a third chance.

Don’t know why I had two pretzel chili dogs. Not great chili but a pretty good dog.

I’m torn between giving Sonic four or five stars. The thing is, this is one of my favorite fast food stops. The food has always been good, and it has one of the best selections in terms of types of foods you can pick up. I’m a burger guy, so I typically stick with burgers here, but hot dogs, grilled cheese, tater tots (who else serves TOTS?!) and a number of things I’ve never even bothered to peruse cover the menu here.
Keep in mind, I review with regard to the «genre» if you will of the place I am at. I’m not going to compare fast food to a fancy restaurant, or a CD shop to a Wal-​Mart, so when you see 4 stars you can assume that that’s 4 Fast Food stars here. As a matter of fact, I’ll give it 5 stars just because this is the only fast food in the area that I know of that actually has servers! There you go, that’s the determining factor!
Great fast food, plus they will bring it to your car.
One thing I always thought would be cool, a combo of Sonic and a Drive In Theater. Why hasn’t this been done before?!!

Ok, Sonic, you are causing a serious problem with my calorie intake. I have a hard time driving by and not stopping to get a beverage. There are so many different beverages to choose from so I never grow tired of the options. Ocean Water and Cherry-​Limeade are my favorites. If you really like lime they offer a Lime Cream Slush. It is exactly what it sounds like it is and they kind of freak me out, but it tastes good. As long as you don’t mind cream and slush together you’ll like it.
Chili cheese tater tots and cheddar bites are my favorite! Good burgers and chicken here, too. I like that this locations has a drive thru now so you don’t have to park for the car hop. If you’re lookin’ for dessert you can get a shake, sundae or slushy. The pie shakes have pie crust in them so if you don’t like chunks or can have them because your jaw is broken beware. I broke my jaw and found that out the hard way. The pie crust chunks are tasty though.
This location seams to work really slow on Wednesday nights. I’m not sure why, but every time I go on a Wednesday I have to wait, for what seems forever, in the drive thru even if there aren’t many cars in line before me. If there are lots of people I get get it, but if I only order cheese bites and a drink I don’t understand the hold up. Short staffed maybe? The staff is always friendly so I can let it slide when the service is slow. Overall a great location.
