Pizza Hut

Out of delivery Area. We are 5 miles away from the St Charles Pizza Hut in Geneva. The Batavia Pizza Hut used to be the one we ordered from, but when they closed I thought this Pizza Hut that is not too far away would take over their business. Obviously, they are not interested in any business from Geneva or Batavia. Why not expand your delivery area slightly? You’re losing a ton of business.

Normally we don’t have any issues with Pizza Hut. Unfortunately on this occasion we did. We placed our order at 1:12pm and the site stated delivery exactly this way… delivery at 1:42 (that’s 30 min).
So ok we waited til 2:14 which was technically 32 min late and was told driver should be there in 5 to 6 min. Driver showed up at 2:23. I understand delivery is an estimated time but 41 min after the time quoted is a little absurd. And not even receiving a call to let us know. Anyways as soon as I was handed the pizza I knew it wasn’t hot by the feel of the bottom of the box. Then when we opened it to start eating, the pizza was somewhere between cold and barely luke warm. The pizza had a good taste but we were very disappointed. I didn’t want to have to put a review on here but when I went to the website there was nothing to click to contact them to write a comment or review

Since when did they start hiring incompetent managers at this place? Lori who the manager at this Pizza Hut told my son that there restaurant did not deliver to my neck of the woods which is less than 3 miles in the same town and they have delivered here before. After I called back asking for the reason, she gave none. I asked who the owner was and she refused to give his information, said they are in between owners. Lori sounded clueless and incompetent… one word, STUPID.

Sat at the bar on a Friday night and had a wonderful experience. The two women bartenders (feel awful I don’t remember their names), Were awesome. The pizza was great. We will definitely be back

Just ordered the two medium pizzas for 6.99 each. What a deal! This was perfect for my wife and I. We were both able to individualize our own medium pizzas. We also ordered wings which were amazing, ¹⁰⁄₁₀ would order again,
We loved the count down that was provided via online order. Thanks Pizza Hut! We love your Za.
$$$$ though? Not true it’s like 1 monies.

Love it. I signed up to place my orders online and the food is ready when I go to pick it up. I wish their website would accept credit cards though. You can pay with a credit card upon pickup, but sometimes it is easier to pay ahead; especially if you are in a hurry. Pizza is always fresh and I LOVE their breadsticks.

We were running errands and didnt want to wait for our pizza to be made after we had ordered it. So, we decided to call ahead to place our order. When we arrived 10 – 15 minutes later to pick up the food, it was all ready to go! $ 10 for a large specialty pizza. What a deall! Their pan pizza is delicious! Free parking in the lot.
