I had been using this place for years. Just recently I have stopped because all of my clothes were coming back smelling like they were not cleaned. Not acceptable.

DO NOT USE THEM! I needed my daughter’s baptism gown cleaned. The KID who did intake had no clue what he was doing and should not have been the only person in the store. I came back a few days later, the date my slip said it qould be done, and was told, «items like these usually take 3 or 4 weeks» and then was told about various other mistakes the KID has made in the past! They did get me the gown that day however i had to pu at their other store and the stain was not fully removed, as I was told it would be. We will NEVER go back and will advise our family and friends of the same.

Pros: Affordable, cleaned my wedding dress well (the silk was reacting to humidity) and it was only $ 80, then they preserved my wedding dress for free, Roberta is prompt about returning phone calls.
Cons: Confusion/​miscommunications, they lost and found my wedding dress twice. I had a ticket but they had no record of it in the system… apparently it was under my maiden name, even though they told me they had changed it to my married name.
In the end, I’m not sure if I’ll return again because of the disorganization, though I appreciate the good and affordable/​free work they did for me.

I have used these cleaners for about a year now and they have lost items of mine twice. The first time they ended up finding them, but this time they are completely blowing me off. I keep hearing that the manager will contact me, but it never happens.
My recommendation is to avoid this business if you want your items returned.

Just tried Marberry for the first time and they are very customer friendly. They offer same day service. The clothes I brought in were filthy and I got them back looking clean, but not perfect. Definitely recommend Marberry and I will definitely be going back.
