This location is pathetic. Ordered pizza, salad and wings at 5:45 the pizza arrived cold at 7:20 which was strike one. Strike two we received ranch instead of house italian. Strike 3 we received blue cheese instead of ranch for wings. Strike 4 delivery driver did not have a pen to sign receipt. Strike 5 called to share my experience and manager named Justin had nothing to say. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS IMO’S !!!The owner must not know how to train the staff to provide good service in multiple areas. We will never order from this Imos ever again. This was not our first bad expierence at this location not really sure why we even ordered in the first place.

The food was amazing! The Provel cheese is incredible in both the bites and on the pizza. We also sampled the fried ravioli and the salad with house dressing, both also delicious. I would give the place five stars, but someone needs to get those teens working the place some customer service training. The service was TERRIBLE. Only one even acknowledged us, none of them were particularly friendly, and one of them was openly bashing working there right in front of the customers. Not a pleasant environment for dinner!

My pizza was cold before I got it home! So weird. The large does not seem so large. Hmm. I love Imo’s a lot. Maybe just not this location!

I love Imo’s pizza. It’s my absolute favorite pizza, but the price is just ridiculous. I won’t order it if I don’t have a coupon, and then I still cringe when I shell out that cash.
I am a die hard St. Louis pizza fan, but the price has just gotten out of control for the amount of food you get. We spent over $ 60 for two pizzas, a salad and two appetizers. I’m sorry, but I know how much it costs to make pizza, and this is close to robbery.
It may be my favorite, but that doesn’t mean I am willing to go hungry the rest of the week to eat it. Sorry Imo’s, I love you, but I just can’t afford you.
